Hello everyone!

Hi everyone.  This my first entry on the blog on my own.  This blogging stuff is all pretty new to me but as we go I plan to update the blog w/healthy recipes, nutrition tips, fitness tips and general health information.  So, please check back often and give me feedback on your thoughts of the content or any addtl info you want to see posted.
