Healthy Breakfast Ideas

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and in my mind probably one of the easiest meals to get a well rounded mix of the nutrients we are supposed to consume at each meal.  So, here are a few ideas that might help you get the proper mix of carbs, protein, and healthy fat.  Bonus...easy spot to toss in some fruits of veggies.  So, toss out your sugar cereal and granola bars and try these ideas.

Here are two of my favorite breakfasts.  I would add some veggies to the burrito.  Also, think egg bakes that you can bake in muffin tins and freeze.

1.  1 cup full fat natural yogurt
     1/2 cup frozen raspberries
     Honey to taste
