Workout at the Park or Your Backyard
Hello, the great weather we had last week got me outside and super excited for more great weather. I took Baby Josie on walks daily and thouroughly enjoyed being with her and getting exercise at the same time. We also took Big Sis Lizzie to the park to play and I realized I will be spending many days in the next few years at the park. So, in honor of all of you mom's here is a quick workout I did and you can do at the park while your kids are playing.
Jog or Walk to the Park (if possible).
Use a bench to perform as many as you can of the following: while your little ones play (or sleep in my case):
Front Step-ups
Push-ups
Side Step-ups
Tricep Dips
If you want more...try jumping jacks, walking lunges, tag w/the kids, use the playground equipment w/them.
Have fun, enjoy the spring, and get ready to put on that bikini!!!
